Quartermass - PD
Invisble Man - Will enter PD next year or perhaps already is PD?
Peter Gunn - Still Copyrighted

British copyright only lasts 50 years for TV programs. Same with Audio recordings. So, I'm moving to the UK in 2013 since the first Beatles album will be PD in the UK that year. Lucky Brits!

Sorry, As I said before, MY collection is quite small. BTW, Keep asking questions about copyright status, Maybe somebody will read the thread and have the PD shows.

Robin, How long does British Law allow for the copyright of the script? The BBC firmly holds the belief that the underlying copyright of the script protects the material. Its something like 95 years after the death of the last survivng author. Its why we cant post Old British OTR. ( though some do ) Lum

Scripts do last over 90 years sadly. It might be better to upload ITV stuff.

Hmm, BBC being a bully? It's bad enough that they destroyed most of their archive, Still destroy programs today, Are even more commercial than the commercial networks, Tread their history like moldy toast, Tell lies about the past, Have an anti-Christian bias AND are as boring as unbuttered bread, But now they are being a bully? Man, Somebody should blow up the BBC!
